Facility

The LIFT training facility is conveniently located on the beautiful 400-acre campus of Purchase College in Purchase, New York. Housed within the physical education building our private 2,000 square foot facility comes complete with a full line of cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, Airdyne Bikes, and elliptical trainers; selectorized resistance training machines, olympic weight lifting platforms, multiple free weight stations, stability training devices, and locker rooms.

Unlike any training facility within the tri state area LIFT has full access to an Olympic size swimming pool, a 100 yard turf field, three full size indoor basketball courts and numerous grass fields. We utilize each of these outstanding facilities by tailoring programs to fit the specific needs and goals of each client.  Whether it be rehabbing in the pool or speed training on turf, LIFT is in a class of its own when it comes to developing the complete athlete.
