The atmosphere at LIFT is motivating, dynamic, and designed to foster all levels of athletic development. I came to LIFT after suffering a severe knee dislocation while playing college football. Unfortunately I lost most of my senior season, however I set a goal that by any means necessary I would be healthy and prepared for the senior “Pro Day” workout for NFL scouts. When I met Matt I was far from playing shape and was suffering from extensive atrophy in my leg. Matt’s progressive training style and ability to inspire helped me to reach my goal and more importantly prepared my knee for a healthy and active life. It is often said that a Coach will play a lifelong role in the lives of the athletes they train; I consider Matt Tauber a lifelong friend and coach.
