Assessement Programs

At the center of LIFT’s integrated programming is our assessment process which is used to help evaluate your current level of fitness or athleticism. This information is used (in concert with your fitness related goals) to develop a safe and progressive custom program for our clients to achieve the best results possible!

LIFT Standard Assessment:

  • Height and Weight
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Body Fat Analysis
  • Waist to Hip Ratio
  • Anaerobic Threshold Testing
  • Functional Movement Screen (FMSTM)
  • Joint Range of Motion and Flexibility
  • Muscular Strength and Endurance

LIFT Athletic Development Assessment

  • Height and Weight
  • Body Fat Analysis
  • Functional Movement Screen (FMSTM)
  • 1 RM, 5 RM, Muscular Strength Test.
  • 185 or 225 lbs Rep Max Testing (for Football Combine Only)
  • Sports Specific Speed, Agility, Quickness & Conditioning Testing
